Scope

These terms apply to bananapanya.com in every language (“the site”), published by the publisher named at the end of this page. By reading the site or using a calculator you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

BananaPanya publishes guides, comparisons, calculators and data pages made from things the publisher actually researched, calculated and compared. The site is for general information. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any institution, company or service it names, and their names, logos and works remain their property.

Limits of the information and the results

We work carefully: every page cites its sources, is checked by a named person before publication, shows the date its facts were verified and the date of the next check, and is corrected when we learn of an error. Even so, rules, rates, fees and procedures change, and we cannot guarantee that everything on the site is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it.

A calculator’s result is an estimate from the numbers you entered and the formula the page explains; the real figure depends on the institution, the contract and the moment. Pages about money, law, tax or official procedures explain how a rule or a calculation works; they are not financial, legal or tax advice. Check the official guidance or a professional before deciding.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, calculators, tables, original graphics and characters of the site are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Material taken from external sources — statutes, public notices, openly licensed public material — is identified in each page’s list of sources.

You may read the site, link to it and quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, scrape or systematically collect the site’s content, whether by hand or by automated means, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with the URL and a description of the work; we act promptly on substantiated requests.

Advertising, affiliates and sponsored content

The site is supported by advertising. Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and are served by third parties who are responsible for their content. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of the country where you live.
